Shopify cannot split a payment at checkout.

Not with us, not with any app. One customer payment lands in your account, because that is how Shopify checkout works. Anyone promising "vendors get paid directly at checkout" is describing something that does not exist on this platform.

So the honest version: we record exactly what you owe each vendor the moment an order splits, hold it through your return window, and hand you a payout batch you approve and pay from your own bank. Every rupee traces back to the order line that created it. That is a thing we can actually build, and it is the thing that keeps vendors trusting you.

The parts that usually break

Every one of these exists because a real marketplace fell over on it.

Splitting that never drops a line

Routed by Shopify location, then product metafield, then SKU — and if every route fails the line still lands somewhere and tells you. Nothing silently vanishes.

Commission that survives an audit

Percentage, flat, tiered, hybrid, or flat-then-percentage. Set it per vendor, category, product or variant — and the rule is frozen onto the order, so changing it tomorrow never rewrites yesterday.

An append-only ledger

Entries cannot be edited or deleted — the database itself refuses. Corrections are new reversing entries, so the history of what you owed and when is always intact.

Payouts that name who was skipped

Build a batch and you see the total, the per-vendor breakdown, and every vendor left out with the reason — "no bank details", "below minimum". Nobody disappears quietly.

Vendors cannot see each other

Isolation is enforced in the database queries, not the interface. Ask for another vendor's order and you get "not found" — never a hint that it exists.

Sync that tells you when it fails

Every order is reconciled on a schedule, not just when a webhook arrives. If something did not land, it shows up as a problem you can act on instead of a gap you find months later.

A portal your vendors will actually open

Vendors are not Shopify staff and cannot be given admin accounts. They get their own portal on your marketplace — mobile-first, because most of them will run their shop from a phone.

  • Today's orders, what to pack, what is running late
  • Add products, submit for your approval, track what got rejected and why
  • Earnings broken down per order, with the commission shown openly
  • Holiday mode, so a vendor taking a break is not punished for missing an SLA

Questions people actually ask

Do vendors get paid automatically at checkout?

No, and no Shopify app can do that. The customer's payment goes to you. We calculate what each vendor is owed, hold it through your return window, and give you a payout batch to approve and pay. On Growth and above you can push those payouts through a payment provider instead of doing it by hand.

Do my vendors need Shopify accounts?

No. Shopify staff seats are expensive and would give vendors access to your whole store. Vendors sign in to a separate portal on our domain — or on yours, if you white-label it.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

Nothing is deleted. Your marketplace keeps running to the end of the period you paid for, and everything stays for 30 days after you uninstall. You can export vendors, products, orders and your full statement at any time, on any plan. What you owe your vendors is not tied to your subscription.

How do you take your commission?

We do not. There is no transaction fee — the subscription is the whole price. The commission the app calculates is yours, taken from your vendors.

Will this slow my storefront down?

The only thing we add to your storefront is one small theme block showing which vendor sells a product, and it reads a value already on the product — no extra request, no loading spinner. Everything else happens in your admin.

Can I move from another multi-vendor app?

Yes. We support flat-fee-then-percentage commission specifically so migrating merchants see the same numbers they saw before, rather than every commission quietly changing on switchover. Setup help is included on every plan.
